Job Description:

KSW Oilfield Rental, a subsidiary of Dupre' Energy Services, is a Tulsa-Based upstream energy service company currently seeking Sales Representatives for multiple regions (Based in Monahans and Tilden, Texas and Waynesburg, PA) to work a  territorial account base.  These are outside sales positions requiring experience calling on drilling rig sites and field offices. This position is based by operational area out of a yard location and reports directly to a Regional Manager. The Sales Representative is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing key accounts and customer relationships within their assigned territory. Relevant industry experience may include drilling rig operations and oilfield rental equipment (Vacs, flare igniters, manifolds, pumps, solids control, etc.) and commitment to quality and safety.


  • Responsible for account growth within an assigned territory
  • Collaborate with the service manager and sales team to ensure best-in-class service
  • Identify, develop, and manage sales opportunities through to close, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Utilize CRM system for all sales reporting and pipeline management
  • Participate in marketing events such as trade shows and networking events
  • Build rapport with drilling consultants, superintendents, engineers, and drilling managers
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Relevant field experience and track record of successfully growing an assigned territory
  • Sales and communication skills to effectively present a comprehensive product line  
  • Valid driver license
  • Comply with all company polices and safety procedures
  • Minimum of High School diploma
  • Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
