Project Engineer - Safety

Job Title: Project Engineer - Safety

Role Synopsis:

Will have responsibility for design and implementation of safety systems

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

• Duties will include assisting with front-end safety studies, developing design documents and drawings, SIS application design and implementation, and project-related documentation.
• Other duties will include supporting on a variety of applications, sales and proposal support and customer demonstrations.
• Travel (up to 50%), including international, will be required.

Basic Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in safety system implementation or equivalent to include: awareness of early safety lifecycle activities, implementation with participation in all phases of this phase covering design of safety systems.
• Proven experience with safety systems.

Basic Qualifications:

• Suitable project execution experience
• 3 years Recent Safety experience with emergency shut down or Fire and Gas

Desired/Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering or Technology
• CFSE or TUV Functional Safety Engineer Certification - preferred
