Job Description:
You will deliver air permit support for refinery projects & ensure all environmental regulatory responsibilities are met and exceeded.

Coordinate & communicate with regulatory agencies
Determine Air/Water/Waste permit applicability of process/operational changes
Prepare periodic reports, plans, records & correspondence with regulatory agencies
Create & implement strategies for compliance with air regulations to ensure safe & environmentally compliant operations
Interact with agency personnel during on site air inspections

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering with Ten or more (10+) years of experience in the refining or chemical industry
Must have direct experience in air permitting
Ability to effectively communicate complex regulatory issues
Demonstrated influence management capability
Effective project management skills
