Position: IT Support Specialist
Location: Dickinson, ND
Based in Dickinson, ND, the IT Support Specialist will support the network in Dickinson. They will provide level 2 desktop support, level one server, network, VOIP, and VSAT support. They will assist the IT Manager in Denver with Corporate network upgrades and updates, and will work with Optimum Networking in Aurora, CO to support the WAN and LAN. Role will require some trips to the field for IT Support, but will mainly be an 8am - 5pm office job. Travel to Denver will be minimal.
