Job Description:
|
BS/BA in Engineering (preferred), Business or equivalent (8 years of experience) with 5 years of specific experience
Strong problem solving skills, math skills including algebra, equations, fractions, decimals, percentages, etc.
Good communications and marketing skills and ability to work within a cross functional environment.
Basic computer skills including knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Good organizational skills and ability to keep clear, detailed documentation.
Good customer service and presentation skills are a plus.
Job Description
Product and process commercialization
Design maintenance
Development of Synchronous and V-Belt products to meet market and customer needs
Identification and implementation of new technologies to drive product performance and value
Develop new products to meet quality standards in the most cost efficient manner.
Investigate and resolve work-in-process product or material problems.
Recommends and implements improvements and/or modifications in products and/or materials.
