• Real State:
(Construction fees, Utilities, Facilities, Security, Housing)
(Air, Hotel, Car services and Transportation)
•The Global Category Manager will manage the global strategy development efforts of Corporate Travel and Real Estate Categories. The global sub commodities include but not limited to Airlines, Hotels, Travel Agency, Rental Cars, Corporate Cards, Facilities, Construction, Utilities, Security and Food Services.
•Utilize Category expertise and strategies to create/update Business Plans and Strategic Plan Metrics: incl. Cost reduction,savings, and supplier performance objectives.
•Maintain supplier status relating to scorecards, business drivers and developmental needs.
•Lead commodity review of projects for all relevant commodity activities.
•Manage cross-functional team
•Set negotiation strategy and direction for category negotiation settings, include appropriate team members.
•Negotiate, create, execute maintain & enforce all category supplier contracts.
•Manage large global spend for all category activities.
•Create strategy pipeline for P to P and TCO savings.
