Finance Controller

Overall Responsibility:
This position is accountable for the accounting operations of Welltec USA, to include the production of periodic financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records, and a comprehensive set of controls designed to mitigate risk and enhance the accuracy of the company's reported financial results.

As the Controller, will lead, manage, and motivate the accounting team to provide operational and financial information and reports for the company and its services on an accurate and timely basis so that management may make insightful decisions to increase profits. Incumbent will provide analyses of services and provide recommendations for increasing revenue and decreasing costs. Will maintain standard industry internal control systems to ensure the safeguarding of all company assets. Assist Management and Operations in their effort to ensure that the established financial goals of the Welltec USA are met or exceeded. As the Controller, you will promote an atmosphere of doing "the right thing" by modeling and communicating Welltec's mission, vision and values.
