Stellar Recruitment is partnered with a privately-owned oil and gas operator that is well positioned in the Williston Basin of North Dakota. They have an aggressive drilling and production program scheduled for 2013, are positioned to enter the Top 10 of Bakken producers and are hiring a Lease Operator to help them out of their Williston, North Dakota field office.

THE POSITION & QUALIFICATIONS

Your responsibilities will include:

• Work to optimize production in a cost effective and safe manner
• Complete daily inspection of pumping units and production equipment
• Observe, record and input oil and gas production volumes from flow meters
• Identify day to day production changes and report potential issues
• Perform maintenance on pumping units and lease equipment
• Ensure compliance of local, state and federal regulations

Top candidates will possess:

• 2+ years of experience working in oil and gas production required
• Experience with heavy oil production required
• Clean driving record is required
• Must be able to pass a background check and random drug screens
• Basic computer proficiencies including Microsoft Office
