 JOB TITLE: Customer Service

REPORTS TO: BRT Manager
FLSA STATUS:
GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Growing oilfield chemical manufacturer in Houston, TX has an opportunity for an energetic Customer Service Specialist with oil and gas experience. The preferred candidate will have a good understanding of customer relations and system processes as well as inventory accountability; is motivated to solve problems and make improvements, is a clear communicator, and has solid experience using ERP order process system and Microsoft Office Suite.
Essential Functions:
This person will be responsible for order processing, general office functions, inventory control, and file maintenance.
