Division Order Analyst

Senior Division Order Analyst needed for a full-time opportunity with an E&P company in west Houston, Texas.  The ideal match will have a minimum of 7 years of experience managing division order analysts.  Qualifications include proficiency in BOLO(or similar software) and solid understanding of standard oil and gas leases, conveyance documents, and assignments, advanced knowledge of land operations processes, familiarity with state and federal agencies, royalty relief regulations, strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy, strong negotiation skills and excellent communication, and interpersonal and persuasive skills.  Responsibilities include procuring and controlling division orders, transfer orders, and title documents, calculating and preparing division orders, and maintaining and correcting divisions of interest when payouts and recompletions occur.
