Job Description:

BRIEF DESCRIPTION:
Support control system hardware, software, and field instrumentation systems in Onshore, Offshore topsides, hull or subsea systems. Responsible for technical assurance, processes, systems, and implementation of plans to manage the technical and process integrity of the assets. Key focus along with these duties are to meet the requirements of the companies' process control and automation engineering standards.


REQUIREMENTS:
7 Years of relevant instrumentation C&A engineering experience
Working knowledge of HAZOP/LOPA & SIL
Working knowledge of ISA, IEC, NEC, & API requirements for Offshore facilities
Honeywell Experion and Allen Bradley PLC hardware & software

-MUST be authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis for anyone other than your current employer
-MUST not require, now or in the future, sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g. TN, H1B status)

ROLE SYNOPSIS:
Related to Instruments & Controls-
Team with engineering contractors for design and equipment specifications.
Coordinate onshore and offshore activities of fabrication contractors to ensure systems are of high quality and built safely within reasonable cost and minimal production impact.
Technical assistance with start-up facility additions and ensure key documents are developed and maintained.
Technical assistance with application of codes and standards- instrumentation, fire and gas, and control system.
Assist with tracking, projects, and closure of action items from assets.
Team with others to assist with root cause failure analysis, inspection results, and implementation of solutions.
Technical assurance QA
Project cost estimates
Reviews to enhance safety, constructability, and operability in design of facility modifications.
Evaluate impact of new equipment in current facilities.
