Senior Production Engineer

Our client, a privately held stable oil and gas operating company formed in the mid 90's is seeking a Sr. Production/Operations Engineer with the ability to execute & implement the designs and improvements for producing wells based on the analysis of all related field production and geologic data. Additionally the Sr. Engineer will function in the role of Adviser/Coach role to lesser experienced production engineering staff

Areas of knowledge/expertise include onshore conventional operations/artificial lift with subject matter expert experience in production surveillance, well remedial work, data analysis, well failure analysis with top notch mechanical systems experience and the ability to collect/analyze data in non cookie cutter fashion (e.g. not the typical major oil & gas company way). Enjoy mentoring junior level staff to think through, do the calculations necessary to apply unique solutions to maximize well/field performance in a safe and effective manner.
