Job Objective
Coordinates environmental and regulatory activities related to air permitting and compliance.  Helps develop and promote environmental management systems, policies, procedures, and programs.  Promotes Environmental Stewardship throughout the company.

Essential Job Responsibilities
Secures air permits and assures compliance with air quality statutes, regulations, and permits.  Performs internal audits and inspections and manages agency audits and inspections.  Coordinates and conducts air quality training for office and field personnel.  Participates in the company's Incident Command System.  Assists the EHS staff with due diligence projects.  Assures that required reporting associated with air quality permits are submitted timely. Assists EHS department with risk management programs.  Assists in maintaining the company's environmental files and programs associated with air permitting and compliance.  Implements and maintains company signage program related to air permitting and compliance.  Assists EHS department with mitigation and environmental compensation programs.

Qualifications
Ten (10) years minimum regulatory and environmental oil and gas experience or equivalent.  Five (5)  years minimum air experience with both Federal and State air programs.  Ability to accurately solve problems.  Exceptional proficiency in data management.  Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, supervisors, other departments, officials, and the public.  Ability to complete multiple, diverse tasks of differing priorities.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with specific ability to translate complex information into an organized and presentable manner.  Outstanding administrative and organizational skills.  Proficiency in the use and application of Microsoft Office.

Education Requirements
Required:  Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year university or college.
Preferred:  Degree Specialization in Environmental Sciences.

Certifications, Licenses, Registrations
CPEA, CEM, or REM preferred
