SEMS Auditor

Provide SEMS audits for Oil and Gas customers at contractor sites. Consist of onshore and offshore audits. Perform safety audit based on client protocol. Lead team of three auditors. Work performed at client site onshore (mainly) and offshore. Offshore audit can be shorter in duration. Positions based in Houston, TX and Lafayette, LA.

A minimum of three years of experience as an Audit Team Lead under the direct supervision of a qualified, acting Audit Lead or five years experience as an Audit Team member. The audit experience must be in accordance with an internationally recognized environmental, health and safety or process safety management
system standard.

• A minimum of five (5) years of offshore, or related, oil and gas industry operations
• or safety and/or environmental management system audit experience.
• Previous experience auditing oil and gas industry or related operations
• Certifications in OSHA classes.
• Must have completed HUET and Safe Gulf training and possess a TWIC card.
