We are seeking an Administrative professional to support our management team in our local office with approximately 1+ years of administrative experience. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, able to multitask and support multiple individuals at one time.
The core areas of accountability include but are not limited to:
• Work in MS Word and Excel proficiently.
• Operate a phone system.
• Maintain accounts receivable.
• Maintain work orders, customer files, delivery tickets, etc.
• Perform data entry and enter in of payroll/time sheets.
• Knowledge of office equipment.
• Basic knowledge of HR applications.
• Other duties as assigned.
• High School degree or G.E.D.
• 1+ years administrative experience
• Oil & gas experience preferred
• An outgoing, positive attitude is a must
