Job Description:

NOV is looking for product knowledge, communication skills and inner workings of the midstream marketplace and customers. Line pipe, valves, high yield fittings and midstream product knowledge required.  Preferred management experience with leading a sales force.

Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for leading the Sales Team in the region
  • Responsible for nurturing the relationships with Corporate, Regional, and field-level personnel of our Midstream customers
  • Cultivate these relationships from a Corporate and Superintendent perspective with our current Midstream customers
  • Accountable for delivering results through existing customer relationships
  • Responsible for growing customer base
  • Work closely with the Area Directors in planning, forecasting, and resolving operational issues that impact us in providing superior customer service

Job Requirements

  • Prior management experience with leading a sales force
  • Knowledge of line pipe and midstream segments of our business
  • Service and customer-focused, and must be a solid team player
  • Written and oral communication skills, both internal and external
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Problem-solving skills and sufficient analytical ability to work through budgets, forecasting and expense management
  • Detail-oriented, consistent, organized and analytical
  • Strong work ethic, integrity and dedication to results
