Shop Repairer

IMO is seeking a shop repairer to service the Odessa, TX shop. The shop repairer will be responsible for inventory, paperwork, maintenance on field equipment and general up keep of the work area. We are the leader in the oil and gas industry providing our customers with equipment that will be utilized to monitor existing systems on oil and gas drilling rigs.

Responsibilities:

• Perform field upgrades of software and hardware.
• Communicate field failures and feedback reports to the appropriate departments.
• Inventory, paperwork and up keep of shop
• Complete and submit field service documentation in a timely manner
• Spec, test and repair any and all damaged equipment from field
• Coordinate all shipping and receiving

Desired Skills:

• GED or high school diploma required
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Electrical background preferred
• Basic computer knowledge
