Country Manager

The Country Manager is expected to develop a growing market position for Company Products in Nigeria. He/She will elaborate strategies in order to achieve the highest possible sales volume while maintaining a superior service organization. He/she will be expected to building a strong organization that will provide sustainable growth in the region.

Key accountabilities of the role are:

-Building strong interface between local distributors & Products Units managers to ensure the company's success in the country,  
-Increasing operational product line profit,
-Providing management with measurable objectives on key & target account customers,
-Developing a good commercial awareness of the national and the regional market,
-Giving assistance at an operational level to other affiliates in case of growing activities,
-Managing all financial & budgetary related issues,
-Supervising HSE procedures and guidelines application in line with the Company HSE policy,
With a University degree in business or in engineering, you have a minimum of 10-years experience in Oil & Gas sector with instrumentation and automation expertise.
Customer orientated, with excellent technical and interpersonal skills, you have the ability to work on your own initiative.
You'll possess fluent verbal and written English language skills.
French is advantageous.
