Senior Cementer

Senior Cementers are responsible for the daily operational success of the cementing operations.  This includes and is not limited to providing leadership to subordinates, possess strong customer relation skills, and have the knowledge and experience to run and maintain all equipment and implement quality control procedures.

Essential Job Functions and Accountabilities:

• Compliance with all company safety and PPE requirements
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including long and/or irregular hours
• Communicate effectively with management and employees in planning and execution of services
• Possess full knowledge of rig-up and rig-down procedures
• Ability to do all oil well cementing calculations including balanced plugs and two stage jobs
• Ability to operate, maintain, and train others on all cementing equipment
• Complete all required paperwork per company procedures
• Class A CDL Required
