Area Manager

Drilling, production equipment, manufacturing and distribution company is looking to fill a position for area manager for a country in South America.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Experience in Management of sales and marketing of drilling and production equipment.
* Experience working in/with South American countries.
* Good macro-strategic vision, customer focused, self-motivated to achieve the goals, with great strengths in negotiation and experience managing sales team and customers.
* Good communication, good problem-solving skills, quick adaptation to change and flexibility, high capacity leadership and sufficient to form and work in multidisciplinary teams dynamic working.
* Very good knowledge and experience to make the analysis of key business information and detecting business opportunities.
* Familiar with Columbian business practices and culture.
* Willing to travel frequently to South America.
* Must fluently speak Spanish.
