Sr Subsea Installation Engineer/Client Side

• Responsibilities of Sr Subsea Installation Engineer/Client Side
• Responsible for approving Contractor Installation analyses
• Responsible for adherence to offshore installation procedures

Duties

• Attend Installation Hazid Sessions
• Attend Installation SIMOPS Sessions
• Contribute to the preparation of installation manuals
• Review and approve transport/installation/pre-commissioning analyses
• Review transport/installation/pre-commissioning/hook up procedure/manuals
• Review technical documentation and address / report installation impact  
• Attend to FAT/SIT of items to be installed
• Follow up and ensure close-out of punch list items prior to installation
• Attend Load Outs ensuring that the approved procedures are followed
• Assist Offshore Representatives and field engineers during offshore campaign
• Review variation request issued by Contractor and advise of cost / schedule impact
• Contribute to close out and lessons learnt reports

• Consult with Project Manager on decisions that may affect cost and schedule.

• Proven track record working on similar oil and gas projects
• Proven track record in offshore installation engineering  
• Competent in best international practises
• Good knowledge of subsea production systems and components
• Spanish language knowledge desirable
