Job Description:

 Based in Houston, TX
Qualifications include the following:
- BS or MS degree in Ocean Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Naval Architecture from an accredited university
- 5 to 15 years of mooring and/or subsea installation engineering and offshore installation project engineering experience.
- Must be interested in travelling and working offshore US, West Africa, Brazil, Southeast Asia and others
Preferred candidates will have experience in at least some of the following areas regarding offshore installation and construction:
- Development of installation procedures for the installation of mooring systems, subsea equipment and other marine equipment/operations
- Supervision of offshore mooring and subsea equipment installation work
- Review of engineering design calculations and drawings
- Requisition and purchasing responsibility
- Interaction with clients and presentation skills
- Effective report writing and communication skills
- Costing, scheduling and tender development a plus
- Some project management experience required
- Supervision and training of junior engineers
