Project Manager - Secure Drilling Services

Primary Responsibilities :To oversee and coordinate all CPD & T Operations in a project, to specifically ensure that we can satisfactorily meet client requirements and the Q&HSE standards related to the project. To gather, review and document all project data & reports for discussion with both the client and the Weatherford Country Operations Manager during regular meetings.

MAIN ROLES:

1. Establish and maintain regular communication between work site and base,with the client,drilling contractor. Weatherford's management,Well site Supervisor and all other company representatives providing services onsite. Providing relative feedback and regular management advise to all parties concerned.
2. Overall responsibility for all operational and technical project aspects from the Base Office.
3.To provide direct co-ordination of contractual issues and activities, whilst reporting all information directly to the client and regional Weatherford management.
4.Overall management responsibility for operational and technical personnel involved during the SDS (Secure Drilling Services) Project.
5.Oversee personnel logistics, timesheets, equipment maintenance, new inventory issues & invoicing,with the assistance from both the Country base & regional DHM & TS services base in Dubai.
6.Collation and distribution of all project related reporting files and work cards.
7. Overview and assessment of all the ''end of well reports'' prior to client submission.
8. Regular client meeting attendance for review and updates on all operational , technical & Q&HSE related matters.
9.To ensure that any project changes or additional requirements discussed with the client ,meet current acceptable practices for Weatherford's CPD & T operations, and all details are reviewed together with the Well Site Supervisors.
10.To prepare and distribute all case histories and lessons learned as required.
11.To advise Regional SDS management on any potential market interests in the region for services over and above provided at the project.

Qualification : Any Engineering  Degree, preferably Mechanical
Knowledge : Drilling Engineering
Exp : 5-10 Yrs of Drilling Exp as shift driller, Tool Pusher, Rig Supervisor and 5 yrs of MPD experience.
Experience in drilling HTHP wells would also be preferred.
