PURPOSE
The Senior Process Engineer is responsible for providing technical support to the Eagle Ford Production Unit (EPU) operated assets in the process engineering discipline. Responsibilities include providing process engineering design for surface production equipment located on single and multiple well pad sites including flowlines, separators, treaters, storage tanks, flare / vent systems, and compressors. The position will provide process engineering support to the operation of 3 existing Central Delivery Points (CDP's) where gas and liquids are processed to sales quality for further export by truck or pipeline. Typically, this involves assisting operations personnel with optimizing and troubleshooting surface equipment and executing infrastructure expansions / modifications within the facility via a Management of Change process. Thorough process engineering knowledge of separation, dehydration, amine treating, compression, condensate stabilization, storage, and LACT measurement is required. The position requires the ability to develop and maintain a process model for each CDP with a view to make process optimization recommendations. A strong background in process safety is also a requirement. The role requires interface with the Development Division during engineering, design, and construction of new midstream pipelines and CDP's in the Eagle Ford shale lease area.
