QC Tester

• Develop and maintain test plans.
• Restoring databases in Oracle and SQL Server and run queries for backend testing.
• Develop & execute automation scripts using QTP and Quality Center and analyze test results.
• Use SCM tools to report and provide feedback on issues.
• Review and provide feedback for software documentation

Desired Skills:

• Minimum 2 years' experience
• Required technical skills in functional, regression and performance testing of various software products using manual and automated testing using QTP
• Have knowledge to develop & execute automation scripts using QTP and Quality Center and analyze test results.
• Have knowledge of restoring databases in Oracle and SQL Server and be able to run queries for backend testing.
• Pay close attention to detail and be able to develop and maintain test plans.
• Have the ability to work independently and also as a team member.
• Possess good communication skills, self-motivated, proactive, task oriented and quick learner.
• Review and provide feedback for software documentation
• Work with developers and business analysts to understand the requirements.
