Drilling Fluid & Cement Supervisor

Skills:

• Graduate in Petroleum or chemical Engineering
• Age 35 years old minimum
• Knowledge all office software windows and Mudware, Blueprint or CemCADE software will be a plus
• Fluent English speaking and writing, Bahasa Indonesia and or French appreciated
• Experience to supervise and ensure that all Mud and Cement operations are correctly implemented on rig as per drilling fluids program
• Familiar with daily mud report, prepare cementing reports, phase and final reports on every well drilled
• Experiences to prepare request for Mud and Cement material in advance, including movement of Cement, Warehouse-Barite and OBM barge, and follows up closely to ensure free of rig lost time due to Mud and Cement logistic
• Experiences to prepare with Company Man the cementing program
• Experiences to optimize solid control equipment, control and maintain Oil on drilled cuttings, improve hole cleaning, improve timing of the operations
• Experience to ensure the implementation of standard mud and cement program on rigs, safe efficient and cost effective drilling operations
• Prepare basic basic mud and cement programs
• Familiar with health safety and environment are in accordance with rules of fluids and cement operations
