Pore Pressure Engineer - Multiple Positions Available

We have multiple positions available for Pore Pressure Engineers who can deliver high quality pore pressure/hole condition services at the well site and place a high value on service quality, job preparation/planning and safety.

We are looking for energetic and driven individuals who are dedicated to continuous improvement and learning, can quickly adapt to new situations, can communicate with individuals at all levels and can logically approach issues with effective resolutions.

A top candidate will be familiar with drilling plans, pre-drill pore pressure prediction, structural geology and pressure generation mechanisms.

These positions are located in Houston, TX and New Orleans, LA and require up to 75% travel.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Technical degree in Earth Sciences, Engineering or Applied Sciences
• 5 years experience with a minimum of 2 years data engineering experience
• Basic geological skills and good understanding of drilling operations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule
• Geomechanics knowledge or experience, a plus
