Sr. Operations Readiness - CSU

Responsibilities :
 

• Define, plan and execute Operations Readiness activities in accordance with the Operations Readiness Project Standard and its underpinning process and methodologies
• Participate in, or Lead,Operations Readiness reviews, audits, peer assists across a range of Americas projects and programs
• Contribute to knowledge management and development & maintenance of Operations Readiness standards, practices and tools within the Global Centre of Excellence
• Lead and significantly contribute to, value-adding technology development within the operations discipline
• Maintain networks within global operations community and manage many operations interfaces across departments and divisions e.g. SMART fields, Integrated Activity Planning, Hydrocarbon allocation, metering and measurement,Tech IT, technology development etc
• Customer engagement at project, asset and operating unit level, including interfacing with Senior Operations managers and advising and coaching operations colleagues in Operations Readiness

Requirements :
 

• BSc or equivalent with minimum 8-12 years experience in the oil and gas industry
• Including direct operations supervisory / management roles
• Professional knowledge in Operations discipline, both breadth and depth, complemented by good knowledge of related disciplines
• Proven ability to lead teams and work assertively within cross discipline teams
