JOB DESCRIPTION:

We're looking for two experienced Project Managers who will be responsible for planning, scheduling, tracking and coordinating multi-discipline engineering, procurement and construction management projects.

The Project Managers will be expected to ensure:
• Project profitability
• Quality
• Schedule
• Client Satisfaction

Projects are for major industrial facilities and duties will include:
• Creating project execution plans.
• Developing project schedules, resource requirements and updating manpower / staffing plans.
• Quality control of equipment procurement and deliveries.
• Managing subcontractors and remote-work programs.
• Weekly progress and earned-value reporting including determining estimates to complete and project status reporting to clients.
• Change management.
• Coordinating construction RFI's.
• Working closely with project managers and department managers on assigned projects as related to purchasing, scheduling, safety, contract administration and site meetings.
• Monitoring the receipt of approval documents, expediting the return of documents to vendors and monitoring the invoice process.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

The ideal Project Managers will have:

• Bachelors' Degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering or a related Engineering field.
• 2 years of progressive work history in industrial projects.
• Good working experience with Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Some experience with Primavera or Microsoft Project is preferred.
