Service Engineer

Major Operator seeks to recruit a Service Engineer with previous experience. This role is based in Iraq and is offered on a permanent basis.

The Service Engineer will be required to:

Represent the Company at costumers sites, towards the contractor (project Phase) and the end-user (lifecycle phase), and manage the customer relationship and communication locally; Perform technical interventions on all company product range, batteries, and potentially other electrical equipment/competitor products; Perform and coordinate all site activities included in company's contract, from supervisor of dismantlement/installation to commissioning of UPS systems, training of operators and customer support during warranty period; Perform all maintenance activities, including corrective maintenance and preventive maintenance; Schedule and prepare all site interventions, keep the toolbox complete, functional and up-to-date for calibrated devices, and write comprehensive reports for submission to client and company after intervention.
