Drill Team Quality Representative

Job Function:
• Working Member of the Drill Team
• Coordination of field inspectors for pre-job service tool equipment inspections / preparations and associated post-job tear-downs
• Coordination of field inspectors for equipment preventative maintenance, inspection and test program
• Coordination of equipment receiving inspection program
• Coordination of review and company approval of service company quality plans
• Coordination of  equipment failure investigations/root cause analysis
• Coordination of inventory maintenance inspections
• Training of in-country locals on required inspections / tests for service related tools and equipment
• Data entry and maintenance of the Quality Event Database
• Support of Senior Drill Team Quality Representatives

Key Skills:

• High level of experience in Quality Assurance tools, techniques, and practices
• Knowledge of Quality Control Practices
• Knowledge of drilling industry standards and related equipment manufacturing, rental, assembly and servicing, materials
• Extensive knowledge of drilling and completions.

• Basic understanding of drilling operations
