HSE Director Role for Oil and Gas Serivce Company

My client is International Oil and Gas service company, based in China. They are looking for HSE Director to join their International Project Division, requirements showed as below:

- at least 15 years working experience in Oil and Gas industry
- at least 8 years experience in HSE management
- have been worked both operator and service company
- solid onshore Drilling on site experience
- solid experience and understanding on building HSE management system and team
- experience on tender project
- good communication and problem solving skill to deal with International Oil and Gas client
- understand Chinese is plus

80% time in Beijing, 20% time in Abu Dhabi
