Job Responsibilities

• Assisting with the day to day field activities to ensure employees have the tools they need. Help with business development for new clients and new project with existing clients.
• Client satisfaction reviews for existing projects.
• Assist General Manager with project forecasting.
• Work with recruiter to onboard new employees.
• Assist early project with commissioning and certification process development.
• Work with field personnel to ensure they have the appropriate training required.
