Plant Manager - Kurdistan

The main purpose of the role is to manage all aspects of LPG recovery plan, upstream facilities and pipelines

Duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Participates in establishing the organization including recruiting and hiring
Recommends and monitors training for site personnel
Ensures procedures and instructions for all Operations activities are prepared and understood
Directs all aspects of LPG Recovery Plant, Upstream Production Facilities, and Pipelines
Manages the utilization of personnel and equipment to meet product deliveries and meet performance objectives established by Company
Reviews and approves Production-related expenditures and capital requests
Liaises with onsite government officials.
Develops budget and controls budget for Production-related activities.
Maintains authority over Production budget and schedule
Recommends changes, approves and recommends expenditures for improvements

The ideal candidate will have minimum twenty (20) years' experience in hydrocarbon processing design and operations, with minimum ten (10) years' experience in Manager-level position.
Operations experience in LPG/Gas processing facility is mandatory.
Should have experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams (operations, production, maintenance, HSE and Facilities).
Should have experience in handling a multi-cultural work force, Middle East experience is an advantage.
Experience in LPG Recovery Plants and Upstream Well/ Separation facilities highly desirable.
A degree in Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering
