Our Client is an upstream services company aiding E&P companies in identifying hydrocarbons through proprietary petrophysical evaluations. These evaluations are geared toward identifying pay zones and providing outputs that include free fluid, bound fluid, and permeability data through a focus on texture, or pore-size distribution. The engineering group diagnoses field-specific problems in order to determine relationships that will benefit completion efficiencies. The 3D geological modeling group uses techniques to determine the extent and volumes of by-passed pay zones through defined rock property distribution, inter-well permeability connections, and hydrocarbon volume calculations included but not limited to, wireline tool theory, well log interpretation, a demonstratable sales track record of growing markets and contacts within E&P sector/NOC in this market. Individual should be able to demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills and strong organization and leadership capabilities
Individual should have engineering or earth sciences background along with minimum of 8 years of progressive technical experience including sales.
Oil field service or related background (specifically from an open-hole wireline service company). Sufficient professional experience in order to guarantee credibility as fully trained professional is a must. Ability to maintain relationships with current clients and maintaining awareness of new technologies.
Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Geology or equivalent experience
*Good understanding of Rock and Fluid properties.
*Minimum of 3 years experience in the Oil and Gas Industry as Technical Professional in Logging, Log Analysis, Well Completion, Reservoir Modeling, Prospect *Generation, Seismic Interpretation, and/or Technical Sales
