 Frac Sales
Our ideal candidate will has a strong sales background in order to sell Fracturing services in the Oil and Gas industry. Services to existing and new customers develop and maintain sales relationships with major customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain customer relationships with key accounts and new customers. Write and submit bids, negotiate bids, provide advice on pricing, and provide timely and accurate response to customers' required proposals and/or bids.
- Will deliver technical presentations to sales and engineering clients
- Strong negotiating skills, communication and successful selling experience
- Demonstrated understanding of sales process, ability to build strong relationships and close business.
- Handles special projects as assigned
- Some on call availability as the point of contact for customers
- Some field travel as well as overnight to be expected, rig and site visits
- Follow-up on all sales leads in a timely/effective manner and make necessary sales presentations to customers and management as requested.
- Manage the sales functions from initial customer contact, preparing procedures, pricing, and technical support while job is ongoing,
- Leads, facilitates and/or coordinates internal and external meetings, participates in contract and pricing negotiations, communicates capabilities of other company product lines to the customer
- Handle special projects, as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 5+ years industry experience (cement, pumping, frac, etc) preferably with supervisory responsibility
- 2-5 years sales experience in Fracturing Services a definite asset
- 5-7 years industry related experience in field sales
- Strong negotiating skills, communication and successful selling experience
- Understanding of sales process, ability to build strong relationships and close business
- Fundamental knowledge of commercial and contract language
- Intermediate/Advance MS Office skills and abilities; primarily Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
- SAP experience preferred
- Technical knowledge of cement, frac, acidizing, pressure pumping
- Ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external customers
