Job Description:
|
 Responsible for the co-ordination and distribution of all operational data on ROI's FPSO's. The CMMS Engineer is also responsible for the filing and retention of technical information, and will act as the "Document Control Focal Point" for the Vessel.
To manage the smooth and effective use of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) across all ROI's FPSO's and onshore locations, to enable all the Operations Teams able to Plan Maintenance and Breakdown Works, Issue Work Orders, Record Equipment Histories, Classifications, Certifications and Costs, and to Refine and Improve maintenance in areas using the data collected from the Maintenance System.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Input of inspection and audit items to relevant Databases
•Recording maintenance activities as required by the planned maintenance system.
•Liaison with onshore to facilitate coordination of all operational planning, including generating plans using computer based planning tools.
•Identify priorities to plan maintenance and shutdown activities to minimize downtime and maximize production.
•Scheduling and generating reports from PMS program "SAP"
•Input of work order information to 'SAP'.
•Maintain and record all competency / training data onto appropriate databases.
•Filing technical documentation as required.
•Ensure maintenance complies with Company's Management and Safety Case.
•Ensure all tasks are carried out in a safe and responsible manner.
•Distribute and plan work orders as required by the planned maintenance system (SAP) and as directed by the Maintenance Manager.
•Establish a system (Tech Library) and control for all technical and vendor manuals, documents, drawings, and certification to be held on board.
•Prepare and update maintenance reports and manpower usage records and reports
•Carry out maintenance system administration duties and other clerical and administrative duties and support as directed by the Maintenance Superintendent
• Fulfill the allocated responsibilities of the divisional and vessel safety management systems.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
•Experience in planning and scheduling.
•Experience and understand the Computerised Maintenance Management System
•Have strong Maintenance and Material Management background
