Logistic Assistant

To assist Logistic Leader in managing all offshore personnel logistic activities
To liaise with TEPA Logistic and Subsea 7 Logistic
To ensure proper booking of Subsea 7 and SURF personnel between Luanda and offshore
To collate all information required for offshore booking from Subsea 7 and CLOV project team (Passport, BOSIET, Medical certificate)
To communicate with TEPA logistic and ensure PTS data base is updated.
To follow personnel movements between Luanda and offshore installation vessels.

OBSERVATIONS ON ACTIVITIES AND MISSIONS

Interface with Subsea 7 and TEPA logistic departments.
Ensure proper documentation is received from S7 to populate PTS data base of TEPA logistic
Follow up of personnel movements Luanda<>CLOV site, installation vessels
