Responsibilities :

However, despite our efforts to prevent incidents from happening, things go wrong and our activities often generate a variety of issues. Additionally, a lack of notification or education on activities can lead to misunderstandings and rumors which either create undue issues or compound things further when incidents do happen.

To meet our goals of being a good neighbor,we realize we need to be effective at:

  • Capturing and resolving concerns and grievances
  • Proactively notifying our neighbors of our activities and how they might be affected
  • Learning from the things we do wrong to prevent them from happening again
  • Performing these activities in a manner that is timely, consistent, efficient and fair for all
  • Stakeholder Concern/Grievance Response
  • Conduct follow-up of referrals made to Grievance Owners
  • Ensure adequate resolution of referred cases
  • Assist in cataloging resolutions and case details into SCORES
  • Assisting and supporting pre-execution activity notification for local land and lease stakeholders
  • Assisting with and support regular and timely notifications with local municipal leaders
  • Assisting Community Relations and Social Performance in the development of asset-specific informational websites specific to which will be used to support corporate educational objectives across business activities
  • Performing QA/QC of entries made into system
  • Working with management to refine and update key documents related to Shell Appalachia's business execution as appropriate
  • Working with Environmental Compliance to assist them in reducing stakeholder cases through effective implementation of the Pennsylvania Environmental Compliance Manual within Shell Appalachia
  • Working with other units and programs across Shell Appalachia in implementation of existing stakeholder case notification processes within each area

 

Desired Skills:
Requirements :
 

  • Must have legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer
  • A two (2) year technical degree or a Bachelor's degree
  • Mininimum of three (3) years of industry experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Onshore exploration & production processes
  • Demonstrated history providing exceptional customer service to internal or external clients
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve grievances and stakeholder concerns
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
