Electrical Engineer

• Manage design activities such as equipment selection, weight control, concept evaluation, etc.
• Generate technical specifications, basis of of design documents and requests for quotations.
• Manage and review the work of draftsmen and designers.
• Assist in preparation of bid documents / packages.
• Review engineering deliverables from sub-contractors.
• Perform design review of shipyard and sub-contractor design documentation as it relates to repair, refurbishment, & new-builds.
• Interface with Maintenance Manager to assist with maintenance of existing Company assets.
• Manage project (s) as assigned by Executive Management.
• Generate project planning documents including cost estimates, timeliness, project plans, work scopes, etc. as required.
