• FIFO - 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off

The Field EHS Representative will provide HSE expertise to the field teams, monitor compliance to departmental EHS improvement plans, and assist contractors to improve EHS performance. Reporting to the EHS Section Leader, your other key deliverable will include:
• Ensure full application of Company EHS Management, Health and Safety, and Environmental standards as they relate to Drilling and Completions activities;
• Effectively apply relevant legislation, regulations, Codes of Practice and guidelines, ensuring the actions of colleagues are in accordance with such documentation;
• Understand the Wellsite ERP, Wellsite Well Control Plan and local area plans for Drilling and Completions activities;
• Identify, assess and control hazards and effectively implement all relevant Company Occupational Health and Safety policies and procedures; and
• Conduct field incident investigations and assist contractor incident investigations, as well as assist in risk assessments, prepare management of change documentation, and roll out all field EHS initiatives.
You will hold experience in an EHS Advisor capacity within the drilling and completions area, with specific experience in environmental areas of waste management and fluid degradation.
