Fraccing & Completions Superintendent

The Fraccing and Completions Superintendent will provide technical, operational and EHS leadership to the Fraccing and Completions team, monitor programme execution, co-ordinate support resources, and support and mentor rig representatives. Reporting to the Manager Operations, other key deliverable will include:

• Ensure work programmes and objectives are safely and efficiently achieved;
• Mentor and monitor performance of field Operating Company Representatives;
• Assist the coordination and logistics of materials and services;
• Ensure compliance with the Management of Change and Programme Change Control systems;
• Assist in the management and monitoring of contractors; and
• Implement and monitor continuous improvement programs in consultation with PE engineering team.

Ideally you will hold a relevant engineering degree, however with bulk fraccing requirements including 10,000 feet and 15,000 horsepower spreads, and temperatures up to 470 degrees Fahrenheit, highly developed stimulation skills gathered from field based operations and engineering experiences are essential. Ideally you are currently in a similar role, or have previously worked your way up from Fraccing Supervisor to Master for a service company, then onto a field based company representative/supervisor.
