Senior Completions Engineer

The Senior Completions Engineer will optimise the planning and implementation of the sub surface work programme and the connection of wells to infrastructure to maximise value, taking into account EHS requirements as well as cycle time, productivity and cost of work activities. Your key deliverables will include:

• New Gas Completions, Gas Optimisation Projects, assist with Gas Well Repairs and Intervention and Gas Well Integrity;
• Optimise cycle time to bring wells on line, and maximise productivity of wellbores through optimal wellbore construction;
• Bring forward technology to improve productivity and improve value of  work outcomes;
• Work collaboratively with other Petroleum Engineers and Superintendents, Team Leaders, Exploitation engineers, and Drilling engineers to ensure consistency and integration of work practices and improvement strategies across all operations facilities;
• Continuously improve EHS performance and ensure standards are met or exceeded; and
• Cost control of Capex and Opex work programs.

You hold a relevant engineering degree with strong engineering and operations experience across drilling, completions, stimulation and production. Your interventions experience is highly developed, and you have proven experience developing a complex programme inclusive of perforations and completions strategy, frac stages build, physical work instructions, tool requirements and scheduling of resource requirements.
