Reservoir Engineering Technical Support Manager

Our Client - A leading National Oil Company in the Middle East.

Job Description -

You will be responsible for all reservoir technology, including mentoring of staff, setting goals and objectives, maintaining standards and contributing to achieving the deliverables.
You will also lead research and development activities, including the identification and recommendation of programmes and projects and you will keep the company updated with new research and how it can be applied to local reservoirs.
You would also be the central point of contact for reservoir simulation and engineering packages and develop local staff through training, coaching and effective delegation.
Candidate Requirements -

Excellent degree in related subject, ideally Masters or PhD qualified.
At least 15 years of experience as a reservoir engineer with increasing focus on management positions.
Very high level of English and Arabic.
