Senior and Principal Process Safety Consultants

Our Client - Is a publicly listed company that operates in approximately 100 countries and a global leader in power and automation technologies that enable utility and industry customers to improve their performance while lowering environmental impact.

Our client is looking to man up their process safety team in their Norway operations and are looking for multiple senior and principal process safety specialists.

Based in either Bergen or Stavanger Norway, on either a contract or permanent basis, you will review, develop and audit the process safety management system, manage and coordinate inspection staff, hazard identification and risk management processes. Facilitate or lead Process hazard analysis (HAZOP) and Layer of Protection Analysis (LOPA) studies. You will be involved in the evaluation and execution of tenders, project schedule and communicating with clients, liaising with management and overseeing the process safety at all stages of project execution.

Responsible for multiple PSM projects across multiple location, the role include travel within Norway and internationally.

Candidate Requirements - A bachelor's Degree in chemical or process engineering, or related field with a minimum of 10 years of experience working on high hazard facilities/processes in the Oil and Gas, Petrochemical or Chemical sectors. Additionally, you will have:

A minimum of 5 years' experience in an Operations or Maintenance role, or
A minimum of 10 years' experience as a practising Process Safety Consultant.
