Senior Reservoir Engineer - Business Development

A leading independent operator is has a new opening for a Senior Reservoir Engineer to be predominantly involved with business development. You will be heavily involved with technical evaluation of opportunities to grow the business including mergers, farm ins, bid round participation, exploration and related acquisitions and development opportunities.

You would be joining industry known experts world on world class assets with strong investment. The company are expanding significantly and the represents a chance to join a company with a strong upward curve who consolidating their position in the market. This is a high profile, pro active position

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Reservoir Engineer with an excellent technical background and a strong commercial awareness to join a highly dynamic subsurface team. You will require hands on experience industry standard software, drive and motivation to succeed and an understanding or other geological disciplines.

Primary Responsibilities:

*Provide reservoir engineering support to new business opportunities and play a lead role in North Sea acquisitions, farm ins, investments and developments.
*Economic evaluations and new opportunities
*Annual and quarterly reserves evaluation and reporting
*Technical evaluations of producing assets
*Liaise with relevant stakeholders
*Contribute to E & P strategy and planning for future investments
*Production forecasts for new opportunities and existing fields
*Provide support to exploration and production enhancement teams
*Coordination of external companies undertaking technical evaluations
*Represent the company at external and partner meetings
