Crisis Management & Emergency Response Advisor - Rotator

Support and facilitate the development, maintenance and implementation of crisis and continuity management and emergency response (CCM/ER) plans; the development and conduct of CCM/ER exercises; assurance of trained CCM/ER personnel; identification and implementation of continuous improvement opportunities; and, audits of emergency response equipment.

* Deliver against delegated elements of the entity CCM/ER management plan
* Support annual entity risk assessment through appropriate input regarding CCM/ER risks
* Develop, implement and maintain entity CCM/ER plans
* Support sourcing of the materials, equipment, personnel and supplies necessary to implement CCM/ER plans
* Ensure the provision and documentation of training and exercises to maintain capability of response personnel
* Maintain CCM/ER facilities in a state of readiness
* Implement lessons learned process within CCM/ ER to capture improvements identified during exercises and actual incidents
* Provide professional advice and support during CCM/ER responses
* Maintain own capability through continuing education
* Provide input into annual entity CCM/ER capability assessment
* Own and assure CCM/ER related data that feeds into relevant MI process for the region

Qualification in an HSSE or Engineering subject and professional accreditation, or equivalent background training and experience in industry, regulatory bodies, etc.

* CCM/ER experience in an operating business and/or significant experience as a specialist or adviser.
* Technical expertise in an emergency response discipline.
* Knowledge in developing, implementing and maintaining risk based assurance programmes.
