Construction Foreman

Primary Responsibility:  Oversee flowline construction from well location to battery for all Permian completion/CAPEX projects

•  Participate in on-site pre-spud meetings w/applicable parties (Land, Facilities, Production, Electric, Landowners, etc.) to determine flowline routes from well locations to batteries
•  Work w/representative of Land Department to insure that all required ROW's for new flowline routes are obtained
•  Maintain awareness of construction issues pertinent to each well's Surface Use Agreement
•  Bid out labor and materials for flowline installations
•  Arrange and manage flowline installation crews, insuring that lines are installed safely and cost-effectively in accordance w/applicable SUA's, agreed upon routes, and local/state/federal regulations
•  Insure that flowlines are installed and ready for flow prior to individual well completion
•  Work w/tech staff to document flowline specifications and routes for company databases
•  Monitor, analyze, and optimize construction costs
