Well Control Engineer

I am currently working in partnership with an International provider of services and products to the Oil and Gas Industry with interests in over 60 countries worldwide. The company is split into numerous business sectors, each one providing market leading services to International and National clients alike.

Due to an increased requirement from a major customer, we are looking to recruit for Well Control Engineers to work within the Completions and Production department. They are looking for experienced individuals in both North African, and Middle Eastern locations

My client is looking for a Well Control Engineer to do the following:

• Provide constant pressure monitoring and control, and respond to all issues which may occur.
• Ensure safe running of all plant and equipment, and manage all crises appropriately.
• Liaise with Country Director on all issues, and supply accurate data on improvement measures to be made.

Requirements:

• 10 - 15 years' experience with well control engineering.
• Extensive background in crisis management, both practically and theoretically.
• Educated to degree level, but also a candidate with a depth on hands on experience.
