Reporting - Initially to VP Sales and Marketing North America
Job Context - Within the North America Sales team , to develop strong local relationships with drilling contractors, rental companies, and operators located in the geographic area of responsibility.
Main Mission - To develop and expand the client base within a defined geographic area. Increase Market share with key clients through a balanced introduction of API and Premium Drillpipe, BHA (Bottom Hole Assembly) and accessories. Coordinate, with assistance of the MTS (Marketing, Technical Services) team, introduction of premium products to star accounts and other clients. Assist North America VP of Sales and Marketing and Area Sales Manager with sales management of key clients. Collect market information ( technical and/or commercial) in order to adapt the company Sales Policy (i.e., price list, payment terms, etc.) and marketing mix (i.e., product development, etc.) to the market.
Main Responsibilities -
- Develop strong customer intimacy with key clients located within the geographic area of responsibility.
- Negotiation of contractual obligations of the company with customers.
- Management of Frame Contracts (sales , customer satisfaction, delivery, product development, etc.).
